JW Heritage is named after Jane and William the founder of the property. It is a single entity and is NOT associated with any other entities. It is run by themselves, with wonderful staff to serve you and make you feel at home.
JW Heritage is located at the heart of Anjuna on the main road to the flea market and just 0.5 km to Anjuna Beach. It is a place that brings calm and joy to the demanding traveler. Whether you enjoy the sea or the mountain, it is the best place to discover both!
JW Heritage, consists of 19 AC luxury rooms fitted with a flat-screen TV with numerous paid channels, some rooms feature a seating area for your convenience. There is also a swimming pool, kids pool, open bar and a restaurant. Wifi connectivity is all around the property including rooms for those who like to remain connected. Chapora Fort
Chapora Fort located in Bardez Goa, rises high above the Chapora River. The site was the location of a fort built by Muslim ruler Adil Shah called Shahpura, whose name the Portuguese altered to Chapora. It is now become a popular tourist spot and offers a view north across the Chapora river to Pernem, south over Vagator and also far out to the Arabian Sea in the West, 10 minutes drive from our hotel.

Terms and Conditions
• Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
• Any change in taxes and/or any other levies/charges/ fees will be chargeable extra, as prevalent during the stay.
• Two children up to 6 years can stay free in parent’s room when using existing mattress(s) upon request in room, children aged 7 years and older are fully charged.
• A maximum of one extra mattress can be provided in room on chargeable basis.
Cancellation Policy
• Reservations booked within 48 hours will attract one night deposit (non-refundable) as per the cancellation policy.
• To avoid any cancellation charges, we must receive your cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival.
• For cancellations received post the above permissible period, the hotel will charge a minimum of one night’s room rate plus tax and service charge, wherever applicable. The same penalty applies to no-shows as well.
• If in case of a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If none has been received, we will charge your credit card.
