Joe and Marietta’s Guesthouse, is a family-run guesthouse in the beach village of Calangute in North Goa. We are located in a quiet and safe residential locality on Bishop Alex Dias Road. Yet we are only 5 minutes (on scooter) from Calangute beach (1 km) and 2 minutes from Calangute market.

PALM 3-BEDROOM LUXURIOUS APARTMENT is our flagship accommodation, our pride and much-sought after by guests, especially families and groups. Palm has 3 AC bedrooms, 3 washrooms and a non-AC hall. There are beds for 10 guests, including 2 single beds in the hall, which is non-AC. Another 4 guests can sleep, if privacy and comfort are not big issues. We do not promote this, but if you really want to jam with family or friends, it can be done. Our guests adore Palm. You will love it too.

Cinnamon Dorm Room (Ground floor)

CINNAMON is a DORM ROOM, meaning it is ONE large room with 3 bunk beds (double-decker beds) and 3 single beds.

How many can sleep in CINNAMON?  9 persons on BEDS plus up-to 3 more on mattresses on floor.

It is IDEAL for families and groups looking for BUDGET accommodation. Cinnamon is given to only one group at a time; it is NOT shared between 2 separate groups.

CINNAMON has 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets plus 1 bathroom-cum-toilet.

As usual, cleanliness remains our top priority.

Jackfruit Twin Bedded Room

JACKFRUIT room has twin beds for 2 guests and 2 more can sleep on mattresses. It has split AC, fridge, TataSky flatscreen cable TV and attached washroom with hot/cold water. Jackfruit also has a large wardrobe. Jackfruit room has a front verandah where you can sit and relax. You will love to stay here and will want to return.

House Rules

Check-out time is 10:30 AM sharp. Check-in time is 12 noon.
No Smoking in rooms.
Guests have to pay for damages (cigarette/tattoo stains on linen, etc.)
All balance payments at time of check-in
Switch off ACs, electrical equipment when leaving room
Keep windows, doors closed when ACs are on.
Washing of clothes (except underwear) and cooking not allowed in rooms.
Linen/Towels changed every 3 nights
Ensure safety of valuables; we do not take responsibility for any loss.
AQUAGUARD filtered drinking water provided for consumption in room ONLY.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund in case of Cancellation 20 days before arrival date.
50% refund in case of Cancellation 10 days before arrival date.
25% refund in case of Cancellation 5 days before arrival date.
No refund in case of Cancellation within 5 days of arrival date.
NO REFUND ONCE YOU HAVE CHECKED IN IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE BEFORE CHECK OUT DATE.
Any funds received from outside of India for bookings cannot be refunded outside of India.

Note : All Refund Transfer charges shall be charged from guest account, If any.

 
Reservation Policy

Check-In time is 12 noon and Check-Out Time is 10:30 a.m. SHARP.
If your Check-In is earlier than 12 noon, you can come, keep your luggage with us, go out and come later at 12 noon to check in. Likewise, if your flight/train/bus departure is in the afternoon, you can check out at 10:30 am, keep your luggage with us and return later in the afternoon to collect it.
Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof (like driving license, voting card, Aadhar card and passport) with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
