In 2010, seven gorgeous Portuguese-style villas were built on an eight-acre property that had been in the Navelkar family for 200 years. Not a tree was felled, but dozens added to the existing green cover, filling the area with a captivating variety of colourful birds, butterflies and insects. The property focuses on eco-friendly hospitality, traditional Goan cuisine and immersive activities. Wildflower Villas is an experience of the Goa that used to be – tranquil, private, just waiting to be discovered. We are not just any boutique resort; Goa resonates in our very foundation.

Morning Glory is our sunny contribution to the Wildflower family with four suites, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Interconnecting doors allow the two on each floor to be converted into a spacious apartment that’s perfect for a family or group of friends. Its warm teak furniture, bright décor and generous verandah work together to create a resplendent living space. Morning Glory boasts spectacular views of the river and rice fields, with lots of comfortable seating from which you can spot visiting

Periwinkle

Reserved together, Periwinkle is ideal for families or a group of friends travelling together. It overlooks the valley blossoming in myriad hues while its tile covered balconies form the ideal shelter during Goa’s picturesque monsoons.

Periwinkle White

On the first floor, the theme is virginal white with tender touches of blue. It is spacious, and out of the way, featuring a separate dressing area and semi-open bathroom. The expansive verandah is the largest of any villa at our tranquil resort in Goa.

Periwinkle Pink

Periwinkle Pink is a favourite among couples in love or honeymooners. Its romantic aura is amplified by an enormous bed adjacent to an stunning laterite rock sculpture. Carved out of the very rock that forms our hilly property, the figure of an embracing couple has been fashioned by a local artist.

Golden Lupin

For an immersive experience of living in a Portuguese villa in Goa, choose the Golden Lupin with its smooth balcão seats, gorgeous hand-picked seating on wide balconies, and large French windows that draw in the cool valley breeze. Perfect for a family with small children, this villa offers large interconnecting bedrooms, one boasting a semi-open shower and the other with twin four poster beds.

Perched at the highest point of the hill, this picturesque villa commands some of the best views from our tranquil resort in Goa. Its rosy façade drinks in vistas of the glistening pool, the sweeping valley, the lazy river, the swirling Aguada bay, and at night the twinkling lights of the ships far out at sea. We’ve left the natural rocks to dot the bathroom and placed relaxing furniture in the spacious verandah for afternoons when reading a book drifts slowly into napping.

Lemon Mint

If you’re looking for absolute privacy, Lemon Mint is where you’ll find it. Positioned at the far corner of our verdant boutique resort in Goa, it boasts a separate living area and a beautiful bathroom with a tub. The villa’s rust, orange and lemon tones contrast beautifully with the swaying palms of the areca trees outdoors and the river beyond. Bask in the views of colourful hibiscus that bloom just outside the large cathedral windows. This villa is ideal for honeymoon couples.

Look for complete tranquility at this gorgeous villa that sings an ode to Goan skies. Its pale blue exterior and tiles reflect the tropical aerial canvas while a semi-open bathroom and numerous doors invite the outside indoors. Comfortable seating parks itself casually along the length of a traditional wrap-around verandah that commands panoramic views of the gorgeous skyline.

Lull yourself into a relaxed life at this single-bedroom villa overlooking the shimmering pool and valley. Its generous balcão overshadowed by grand old trees offers a standing invitation to lounge around with a book or steaming cup of coffee. Its pistachio hue, large French doors and warm wooden interiors are reminiscent of an English cottage in the country.

Our 49-foot infinity swimming pool is refreshingly cool when the weather is hot and dry, and exciting when it rains. The 4.8-foot deep pool overlooks the stunning tree-filled valley below, with a shaded lounge area to soak up the view, lie back with a drink and some nibbles, or simply devour a favourite book

Yoga & Meditation

Awaken the senses and reconnect with the inner depths of your soul amid the spiritual ambience of nature. Practice yoga and meditation to the rising and setting of the sun in your private garden or in our yoga and meditation pavilion. Wildflower Villas Goa can arrange a trained instructor for private sessions with advance notice.

Hidden away on a treetop, the Wildflower Villas spa looks out across the verdant hillside and valley below. Enjoy a private couples’ massage or some excellent alternative therapy to the sound of birdsong. We can arrange an expert masseuse with advance notice

As a gorgeous tourist destination, Goa has tons waiting to be discovered. From transfers to and from the airport, railway or bus station to renting of self-drive cars and travel to various places of interest across Goa, we arrange reliable and safe transport. We provide employment to local taxi owners / drivers who have been with us since our inception which ensures a clean and sanitised vehicle, fixed and reasonable rates, and an interactive journey.

Our boutique resort in Goa also offers cycling tours as a novel way to explore the charming cities and peaceful villages. Pedal through the historic Latin quarter, past golden paddy fields, along meandering rivers and over trampled village trails. There’s a fun ferry ride to an island that seems frozen in time, stops at pretty churches and ancient temples, and views of picture perfect houses.
