Hadimba Devi Temple
Magnificent is the only introduction for this craft par excellence. Built-in 1550 A.D it has a four-tiered pagoda roof. Famous for its exquisitely carved doorway, Hadimba is dedicated to the goddess-turned-demoness Hadimba, the wife of Bhima. If we believe in local stories, Bhima killed demon Tandi the brother of Hadimba to marry her. For local people, it is Dhoongri Mata temple.
Every year thousands of travelers move enchanted by the architectural excellence and divine beauty of Hadimba Temple.

Renowned for its street shopping adventure and bustled with heaps of activities, the Mall Road of Manali has got a lot of things to keep you busy for the day. Lined with multiple restaurants, cafes, and dhabas, this place is ideal for those who have got a flavor of bargaining skills deeply rooted in them.
Start your journey through the Mall Road by paying homage at the Nyingmapa Buddhist Temple. It has got the right blend of both architectural flavor and vibrant tones to capture with your DSLRs’. The Sakyamuni idol is the main shrine here.
Rohtang Pass
The highest point on Manali Keylong road, it offers ample skiing and trekking opportunities at an altitude of 3980 mtrs. Situated on the Kelong-Leh highway, the pass offers a widespread panorama of mountain scenery. It is directly opposite to Sonepani Glacier slightly left to the Twin Peaks of Geypan.
Rohtang Pass is quite famous among Ladakh travelers but the unpredictable avalanche and severe climatic conditions make it scary some times. Nonetheless, it had made adventure seekers’ tour of Ladakh mind-blowing. A high mountain pass at an elevation of 3978 meters above the sea level, Rohtang is just 51 km from Manali. It is a part of the proud Pir Panjal Range of the mighty Himalayas and it is one of the Kullu famous places.
Jogini Falls
The Jana Falls is surrounded by deodar trees, pine trees, apple orchards and spectacular snow-covered mountain peaks; this fall is a charming picnic spot. The first sight of the falls is quite hidden and will be a surprise for the visitor as the water unexpectedly rushes from a cluster of rocks overlooking a wooden bridge.
You can also enjoy a refreshing bath at this falls or you can even leisurely swim in the small pool of this falls. One can trek up the hill to reach the top of the hill which provides a better view of the waterfall and its lovely surroundings. The short trek up the hill is fairly easy.
Solang Valley
As the name suggests, it is one of the most picturesque valleys. Known for its ski slopes and picnic spots, it offers a real treat to eyes. It also has the closest glacier to Manali. Solang valley promises to enchant you with the quiet beauty and terrific snow clad mountain view. You can have a breathtaking view of the Himalayan range from the various viewpoints. At Solang valley, you can experience some of the most exciting snow sports throughout the year.
The Manali Gompa, Manali
Built in 1960 by Tibetan refugees and also known as the “Gadhan Thekchhokling Gompa,” this renowned Buddhist monastery is one of the finest attractions in Manali. This prominent monastery is small in size, but the spiritual energy exuded by it is boundless and which is why countless tourists from all corners of India visit this divine place to seek blessings. The monastery houses a majestic façade that is complemented with a pagoda-style yellow roof and inside there is a large image of Buddha and exquisite murals that demonstrate Buddha’s philosophy of non-violence. Within the complex, there are small shops that sell unique Tibetan handicrafts and carpets.
Bhrigu Lake, Manali
A lot of trekkers do the Bhrigu Lake trek for the lake is steeped in mythology. This trek lies in Himachal Pradesh, around 20 km north of Manali and can be accessed from Gulaba. It is known as the place where the famous saint Maharishi Bhrigu sat in deep meditation. However, we believe the lake is not the only thing the trek has to offer. You must do the Bhrigu Lake trek for its grasslands.
To enter an alpine meadow in our country, one has to often spend at least a day or two trekking within the treeline. We are talking about two or three days of hard ascent. This is because most alpine meadows start at around 11,000 ft above the treeline. However, on this trek, you are in the meadows within the first 10 minutes of this trek! Imagine having meadows such as these right in your backyard. No wonder we go gaga over landscapes that are seen in places like Switzerland.
